Ben Franklin for The Day

America's first celebrity was Benjamin Franklin, and Philadelphia was Franklin's city. Explore his home, his city, his deeds - even where he is buried.

Before you leave for the trip, introduce the students to vocabulary and events.

The Trip
Route 1 is perfect for the class who is in town for 3-4 hours.  Route 2 takes a whole day and even can go into the evening with a special light show.   Obviously the season affects the time as lines may grow in April and May.
