    The Philly PHLASH Downtown Loop is the quick, easy and inexpensive connection to 22 of Philadelphia's key historic attractions and cultural institution for just  $2 per ride or $5 per all-day pass. If you're driving into the city before boarding the PHLASH bus loop, you can use PHLASH's "Park & Ride" discount program to park your vehicle in one of five of the Philadelphia Parking Authority's garages, including the AutoPark at Independence Mall, located underneath the Independence Visitor Center.

    To redeem the Park & Ride discount, present a valid PHLASH pass from the current day to the garage management office and receive a discounted daily parking rate of $11.00. You must enter the AutoPark after 9:00 a.m. and exit by 7:00 p.m. in order to receive the discounted PHLASH parking rate.
