Independence Visitor Center
Located at 6th and Market Streets, the Independence Visitor Center is the official visitor center for Philadelphia and the Countryside. Start your visit by speaking to the highly trained concierge staff who can provide reservations, recommendations, and tickets to all of the area's major sights and attractions. The Visitor Center is also the exclusive location to pick up timed tickets to tour Independence Hall.

Be sure to take a piece of Philadelphia home with a visit to the Independence Store, full of souvenirs, shirts, and other Philadelphia-related items. Two free historic films are shown daily in the theater along with a cast of colonial actors sure to entertain. Have a seat in the Independence Cafe for food, refreshments, and free WI-FI while browsing the thousands of maps and brochures available.

The Independence Visitor Center is open seven days a week, 363 days a year, from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. through the winter season. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Independence Visitor Center is open from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  During the months of April, May, and September, the Center will remain open until 6:00 p.m. The Independence Visitor Center is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day,

City Hall Visitor Center
Located at the center of the city, literally, the City Hall Visitor Center offers visitors first-hand information on the latest events, attractions and festivals happening throughout Philadelphia. Interior & Tower tours of City Hall are offered every Monday through Friday and include a 40-story high, panoramic view of Philadelphia and the surrounding region.

The City Hall Visitor Center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on weekends and legal holidays. Call 215-686-2840 to speak with the staff at the City Hall Visitor Center.

Fairmount Park Welcome Center
Located in Center City at the intersection of 16th Street and JFK Boulevard, the Fairmount Park Welcome Center at Love Park is the gateway to many of Philadelphia's cultural and educational institutions that make up the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.

The expert concierge staff can provide custom itineraries, maps, brochures, and tickets to all of Philadelphia's sightseeing attractions. Pose for a picture with the world famous LOVE sculpture then browse the love-themed gift shop for LOVE t-shirts, Mural Arts merchandise, and of course Love statues.

The Fairmount Park Welcome Center is open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Sundays. Call 215-683-0246 to speak with the staff of the Fairmount Park Welcome Center.

Pennsylvania Convention Center
Located at 12th and Arch Streets, the Pennsylvania Convention Center is a multi-use public facility designed to host conventions, exhibitions, conferences and other events. Home to the Annual Philadelphia Flower Show, the largest indoor flower show in the world, and a variety of other public/ private conventions, the seasoned concierge staff here can provide you with dinner reservations, hotel accommodations and tourist tips on what to see and do in the area.

Parkway Central Tourist Information Center
Located at 19th and Vine Streets, inside the lobby of the Central branch of the Philadelphia Free Library, the Parkway Central Tourist Information Center is the newest satellite branch of the Independence Visitor Center. Staffed by an expert concierge every Thursday morning and a knowledgeable library team throughout the week, visitors can get first-hand information on the latest events, attractions and festivals happening throughout Philadelphia. While you're there, use the free WI-Fi or take a tour of the rare book collection which dates as far back as the early 15th Century!

The Central Branch of the Philadelphia Free Library is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. : Fridays, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ; Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sundays, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Call 215-686-5322 to speak with a staff member of the Parkway Central Tourist Information Center.
